Basic Taylorisms

There are a lot of things we abbreviate at Taylor, or acronyms that we often use. Here's a list of the basics you should know:

1. DC- Dining Commons
2. DTR- Define the Relationship (Between a girl and a boy, in which questions like "Where is this relationship going?" and "Are we friends or something more?" are asked.)
3. LTC- Life Together Covenant, which all students at Taylor sign and are bound to. Hopefully, you already know about this one.
4. Walking the Loop- When done with a member of the opposite sex, sometimes includes a DTR. Be prepared for many prying questions when people find out.
5. KSAC- Kesler Student Activities Center (the gigantic building across from Bergwall and the DC)
6. Fieldhouse- The building between the football field and the baseball field
7. The Well- The excercise room in the KSAC
8. Sammy- Samuel Morris Hall, also referred to as Morris. Divided into floors, not wings, because "Wings are for girls... and angels."

3. The Brotherhood, or Bro-Ho (Expect many strange outbursts and traditions from this floor- if any shenanigans are going on in the corner of the DC by the deli, it's probably them.)
4. Penthouse
9. Berg- Bergwall Hall
10. Swallow- Swallow Robin Hall
11. Wengatz- John C. Wengatz Hall
12. Olson- Grace Olson Hall
13. English- Mary Tower English Hall
14. Gerig- Les Gerig Hall
